Вот может поможет для настройки нашего сервера
Появилась возможность создавать свои выделенные сервера. Для этого надо перенести на диск сервера (если это не ваш компьютер с которого играете), папки bin и data. Запускается DServer.exe и ему подсовываете .sds файл настроек.

На одной учетной записи можно создать только один сервер. На одном компьютере можно запустить только один сервер. Необходимые открытые порты 28000(TCP+UDP), 28100(TCP).
